    • Credits will be issued for ONE unopened box or ONE opened box. Credits will NOT be issued for the 7-day supply.  
    • One return per customer.
    • Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
    • A $10.00 restocking fee will be charged for the box. (Example: If you purchase a box of Euphallic at $72.95, and return it unopened, your refund will be $62.95 ($72.95 less the restocking fee of $10).
    If you would like to obtain a product refund, please follow this procedure:
    • You need a Return Authorization to return your merchandise. Product returned without proper documentation (including the RMA number) will not be refunded.

    • Complete and submit the online form, being sure to provide all of the information requested about your order and reason for your dissatisfaction with the product.
    • Once your eligibility for a refund has been verified by VitaCore Laboratories customer service, you will receive your RMA via email. The RMA will include directions for your return shipment, including RMA number and the return shipping address.
    • The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling charges.
    • Returned product must be received at the VitaCore Laboratories return address within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date.
    • If the above conditions are met, within thirty (30) days of return receipt VitaCore Laboratories will issue a refund for the product purchase price minus the restocking charge. Confirmation will be sent via email.
